Ruffled Feathers

This hasn't been the year for capturing hummingbird photos.  The ruffled feathers in the above shot make me smile though.  We all have days when our feathers get ruffled, right?

The visible branches are on a Mock Orange shrub that sits very near a hummingbird feeder.  If you would like to see this lovely bush in bloom, I've got you!  Just hop over to THIS POST.

This little one was keeping an eye on the feeder and seemed quite reluctant to share.

How does God pack so much attitude into that tiny body?

What's happening in your garden?

  3. You didn’t identify what species of hummer is in your photos. I was curious about that. It’s always fun to see them.
